ABOUT ME
After a brief study of engineering, I realized my passion of creating mouth watering and eye catching dishes. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of Caracas in Venezuela in 2008 with a degree in Culinary Arts and have been working in the field ever since. From food styling to pastry, seafood to artisanal ice cream, I have a wealth of  international experience which I can bring to any project. Currently located in Houston, I look forward to developing and collaborating on new projects and welcome all inquiries.
